Ordering Procedure If a product is ordered and not wanted, the UNUSED item can be returned for a 25% restocking fee. Shipping is not refundable in either direction. All items wanting to be return MUST be reported within 30 days of the original invoice date. No items will be returnable after 30 days. All products shipped from the Vivid Racing warehouse are shipped via Fedex or Freight and require a signature when delivered. Some packages shipped from the manufacturer may or may not require signatures for package release. Fedex, UPS, and DHL have package pick up locations if you are unable to sign for the package. If the package is returned to Vivid Racing or manufacturer, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs and pay a 25% restocking fee. These fees will be charged to your account on file or deducted from your refund amount. Special Order Items Some items may be special order specifically for the customers vehicle. These items generally require a deposit or paid in full. Once this deposit amount is notified to the customer and they agree to order the special order item, the deposit becomes non-refundable. These special order items cannot be returned or resold. Cancellations are not allowed on special order parts. Payment Terms Vivid Racing accepts Credit Cards, Paypal payments, and Bank Transfers with appropriate billing and shipping addresses to be verified. All orders are to be paid in full at the time of purchase unless we contact you otherwise. Prices and shipping cost is subject to change anytime because of exchange rates, shipping costs, manufacturer price changes, etc. VR Tuned OBDII ECU Flash Terms We fully support our products, as well as the system, processes, and procedures that have been tested on many platforms for 1000s of customers worldwide. If you do not follow the instructions on VRTuned.com or the instructions that are emailed to you when you receive your new file, you risk the possibility of damaging the ECU. We cannot control issues pertaining to customers internet connections, computer abilities, other laptop programs, corporate security, etc. If you encounter errors and would like advice on what that error is caused by, you can email tuning@vividracing.com. Once the VRTuned Flash Cable is plugged into your OBDII port and you go through the read out process of the cars stock file, the cable is then locked to your VIN and cannot be returned. If you do decide to cancel your flash order and have done this process and not received a tuned file, a fee of $250 with be deducted from the refund amount to cover the cable cost. There is NO WARRANTY on VRTuned ECU Flashes. All files are good working files that have been rigorously tested and used in cars worldwide. Please understand that previously flashed cars, mechanical issues, improper performance part combinations, not following the directions, and “Butt Dyno” reactions are not our responsibilty. The ECU flash service must be used within 30 days of purchase. After 30 days the flash purchase cannot be cancelled or refunded. To offer a 30 Day Money Back Guarantee with Software is unheard of. However there are costs related to the ECU flashing that we simply cannot get back due to hardware and other resources. If after 30 days you are completely unsatisfied with the product, we have tried custom tuning, we have helped diagnose potential issues, we will refund you back the ECU flash cost less the hard cost of $250 and a $200 tuning fee charge. VR Tuned Auto Flash Gearbox Terms Note that once the upgrade is complete the Auto Flash tool will be locked to that vehicles VIN. The item is non returnable. Auto Flash plug and play flash tools must follow the exact instructions to ensure it is working properly. If the manufacture approves a special return or item replacement, we may honor that. The Auto Flash cannot be used on another vehicle. VR Tuned Tuning Box Kit The tuning box kits are designed to work specifically with the vehicle it was ordered for. We have a 30 day money back guarantee on the Tuning Box kit as long as the item is shipped back to us with all parts and in AS NEW condition. No plugs, clips, or harness parts can be broken, scratched, or changed. Refunds will be handled by the manor originally paid if applicable otherwise a check will be mailed. Credit memo can not be converter from terms assigned, ie credit card payment to cash etc. All cash payments will be refunded via check.
