We just had one of our customers in Germany complete his ECU flash on his 2011 Porsche Turbo S with great success! The Siemens SDI3 ECU is the brain behind the DFI Porsche 997.2 Turbo and Turbo S. When doing this ECU, the data area is programmable only which we do via reading and writing to the OBDII port. All features are retained such as sport, sport + modes. The PDK is controlled seperately so the shifting and rev limiter is retained. For those going to run a race exhaust system or high flow cats, we do raise the 02 limits so there are no check engine lights. We are very excited this was a success and the driver left us great feedback! “Finally I went on a nice test-drive today. Sorry, my mistake the Turbo hold around 1.25 bar and peaks only shortly 1.3 – not 1.5 – using 98 Octane. I did some pictures for you as well… Lots of fun to drive it – with full throttle out of 3rd gear the car puts so much power on the road – feels like it is flying away – amazing. Thanks!
