One of our local boys came by to get his 2006 Audi A3 2.0L TFSI flashed.  The turbocharged FWD Audi is a little rocket having formerly owned one.  The ECU flash adds about 40 horsepower and we can do a decat for the catless downpipes.  Once the car is flashed, torque steer is much more prevalant as you go ripping through the DSG gears.  To flash this ECU, you must remove it from the car.  The ECU is located under the windshield wiper trim.  It is in place with break away bolts.  The easiest way to get this out is to use a dremel or cut off wheel and notice the front of these bolts.  Then you can use a flat head screwdriver to turn them like a normal screw.  The ECU read and write on the bench is pretty quick.  Check out the pictures of the process and order your Audi A3 ECU Tuning Here.
